I was doodling in Opencanvas, and this popped up. Petey's great. 
Yep, those are starmen.. I wanted to do a very obvious 'outer glow', but..this isn't Photoshop. Oh well. o.o
And it's only sorta chibi or SD, because Petey already has a big head and small body..
